The love between a mother and her child

These two love each other so much. It's so amazing to watch my daughter become a mother. It seems like only yesterday that she was this small.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. Jackie and I took mother and Alyssa and Lexi on a surprise vacation to Judys. The look on mothers face when we got there was priceless. Wow, she is such a wonderful hostess. My grandkids talk about her everyday now. Yes, she spoiled them rotten just like she did me when I was a little girl. They will never forget that trip so that makes it even more special to me..
We had a good time at Jackies too. Cooked out, went swimming, went to church. Jackie is a great navigator. That girl gets you where you want to go.

We also put some new flowers on daddys grave for fathers day. It was pretty sad, but at least I got to spend time with my mother and sister, grandkids and daddy that day. He would like the flowers. Alyssa sure broke down. Those kids loved daddy so much and they talk about him every day. But Alyssa and I were talking last night and we were outside looking at the clouds (we've been doing that alot here lately, making shapes out of clouds) and she said if she was an angel she would just fly over all of us. She said she thinks Papa is up there just having a good time. I asked her how she thinks he would look? She said just the same except with a brand new body that doesn't hurt anymore. The little girl has got it all figured out..
Judy was very impressed with the prayers she says. She always says something special in each prayer she leads..

Still winning races

Well, Lee's still doing great. Took 2 runner up wins in Hobbs and won in Amaillo this past Sunday. Alyssas favorite saying is, "Keep it coming til I pass out", so that's what I keep telling him..
